目标
项目的目标是旨在:
- 创建一个动态的全球电子地质数据。
- 为各国提供并开放已有的不同电子格式地质数据。目标比例为1:1 百万，不过该项目将从实际出发，接受各种比例及最佳的有效数据。
- 为需求者转让技巧, 不同的国家参与能力不一，因此采取量力而行的方式。
- 这是一个涉及多边、多国的真正的创意，它将由几个全球性组织机构承办运作。
